Hi there! My name is Maya and I am a professional writing tutor in Portland, OR. I have years of experience tutoring at the college & graduate level at Portland State University, and an MFA in Creative Writing from the Pacific Northwest College of Art. I completed a teaching assistantship at PNCA focused on critical pedagogy, am a workshop facilitator for Write Around Portland, and recently finished the Poynter ACES certificate in editing. I offer in-person and virtual tutoring in the Portland metro area.
